The Committee announced its selection on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, as it received the proclamation from the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners. This recognized January and February 2025 as One Book One Putnam's 21st annual reading season.
The Commission urged all residents in Putnam County
to join in reading this classic thriller.

One Book One Putnam is about encouraging reading by all of our residents. One Book One Putnam is an initiative designed to encourage reading throughout Putnam County by creating common experiences that cross the geographic, social, and economic boundaries in the County. It is run entirely by volunteers. The Putnam County Library System partners with the One Book One Putnam Committee every year to coordinate book discussions, special guests, and other related programs at our local libraries.

One Book One Putnam receives no direct financial aid from Putnam County, or the Library System. We rely entirely on donations from generous supporters like you.
